The following information is relevant to bookings for Birthing Your Life events and services. Please read this information carefully.
In these Terms and Conditions
“We” or “Us” or “Our” means Birthing Your Life and Cherionna Menzam-Sills. “Booking Fee” means the total price to be paid by You to Birthing Your Life/Cherionna Menzam-Sills (aka Cherionna Menzam).
“Birthing Your Life” means any of the services or events detailed at www.birthingyourlife.org
“Reservation” means the booking made by You of Birthing Your Life through Us
“You” or “Your” means Our customer
These terms and conditions do not affect Your statutory rights.

Booking Fees are calculated and processed in GBP. If you are located outside the UK, prices you see listed in your local currency are an approximation, and may change slightly depending on the rate of exchange at the time of your purchase.
The Booking Fee must be paid direct to Us when You submit Your application for a purchasing access to a Service. For events, no contract is made or Reservation concluded until such time as, having received payment from You of the Booking Fee, you receive from Us in writing or by email confirmation of acceptance of that Reservation.
Should You wish to cancel Your Reservation at any time You may do so by email, or by cancelling inside paypal if you signed up with that payment method.
Deposits taken for live, in person events are non-refundable and non-transferable. If a single access event is cancelled (in line with these terms & conditions) then payments will be fully reimbursed to the original payee if requested.
We may at any time prior to commencement of an event alter any part of a seminar, conference or workshop. This may include (but is not limited to) change of facilitator, content, tutor, presenter or session times. Any changes will be posted on the Birthing Your Life website and, whilst we will endeavour to notify you of a changes, it is Your responsibility to keep up to date with what is happening to Your event by going to www.birthingyourlife.org.
We reserve the right to cancel any event under exceptional circumstances at any time prior to its commencement. In these circumstances at Our discretion We will either refund You your Booking Fee in full or transfer Your Reservation to another event.
In the event of a breach by Us of these Terms and Conditions Your remedy is limited to damages You suffer as a result of Your loss, if such loss was reasonably foreseeable to both You and Us when We sent to You confirmation of acceptance of Your Reservation. Our liability shall not exceed the Booking.
We do not accept any liability for any loss or damage suffered by You in the event of any delay in Your submitting an application for a Reservation and receiving confirmation of acceptance from Us.
We shall not be liable to You for any information provided to Us which is incorrect, invalid, or misleading. We will not be responsible for any indirect special or consequential loss suffered by You that is not reasonably foreseeable to both You and Us when We send to You confirmation of acceptance of Your Reservation. We do not in any way limit Our liability for death or personal injury caused by Our negligence.
We do not sell Birthing Your Life to persons under the age of 18 unless We receive full written consent from a parent or guardian.
You agree that you will not record, video or photograph any event or online webinar or video course / seminar without permission of the organisers. You also agree not to share any podcasts, image or other media obtained by share or download from our site www.birthingyourlife.org

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. You and We agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. Our contract is subject to English law. We are based in the UK.
