Embodying Biodynamics

How can we deepen our understanding and felt sense of the subtle phenomena perceived in Craniosacral Biodynamics? I have always found the meditative movement practice of Continuum to take us into similar territories as Biodynamics.

In a special webinar class this month, we will explore Biodynamic perceptual concepts through our own bodies. It has often been said that Continuum is like giving yourself a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy session. Join us to discover this for yourself! In the process you are likely to also find enhanced relaxation, resilience, creativity, fluidity, flexibility and well-being.

As in Biodynamics, we slow down in Continuum, melting our tissues, returning to the fluid potential of the little embryo. We can then re-form in relation to universal biodynamic forces.
