Darkness and Light

How do you meet the darkness at this time of year and welcome yourself and the light within more fully?

Many of us are challenged by the darkness of shorter days, the reminder of what we have or haven’t accomplished in the year that is ending, the social demands of celebrations, family gatherings, parties, etc. What is your heart telling you at this time? How do you find the light within you? This short video is intended to remind us of who we truly are, beyond the facades, the social identities, the achievements or lack thereof. There is light within us. Can you be nurtured by remembering that? I hope so! Please let me know how this little video touches you.

Wishing you ease, peace and de-light as we enter the solstice time, holidays, and a new year.
