Embodying Our Early Embryo
Integrating our embryonic stages can become a very valuable inner resource. In this new series of four mentorship groups, Embodied Embryology and Continuum teacher Cherionna Menzam-Sills will help us explore our early developmental stages. Each class will begin with a guided meditation, followed by a short presentation on one of the stages and a somatic exploration which allows us to deepen our experience. There will be ample time for questions and sharing.
